RMEC is located in Valemount BC – an authentic mountain town surrounded by three magnificent ranges: the Rocky, Cariboo, and Monashee Mountains.
Valemount is well known for its amazing scenery, abundant wildlife, and untouched Canadian wilderness. The landscape includes interior rainforests, alpine meadows, snow-capped mountains, and clear rivers and lakes.
It is the closest town to Mt. Robson Provincial Park and close to other parks including: Jasper National Park, Banff National Park, and Wells Gray Provincial Park.
Valemount is a small friendly town which makes immersion easy. Many ESL students like it here because there is an opportunity to learn English and explore nature at the same time.
